"Rector Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göktaş visited TİKA Podgorica Coordinator Nihal Ersoy, accompanied by Bayburt University Rector Prof. Dr. Mutlu Türkmen and Gazi University Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız.
During the visit, potential collaboration opportunities between TİKA Podgorica and our university were discussed. Nihal Ersoy expressed gratitude to Rector Göktaş for the visit."
