Rector Prof. Dr. Fahrettin GÖKTAŞ visited Montenegro’s Ambassador Barış KALKAVAN during his trip to attend the 10th International Congress on Science, Culture, and Sports.
Accompanied by Bayburt University Rector Prof. Dr. Mutlu TÜRKMEN and Gazi University Rector Musa YILDIZ, Rector GÖKTAŞ shared information about the university's achievements and Elazığ. Ambassador KALKAVAN thanked them for the visit.
